Orange is a strategy that represents a partnership
The church has approximately 40 hours a year to influence a child, while parents have about 3,000 hours a year. By leveraging the influence of parents and finding ways to partner with them in leading their child’s spiritual development, we are able to show kids who God is more effectively than either could do alone.
We believe that family ministry should not be another program you add to your list of programs. It should be the filter you use to create and evaluate what you do to influence children and teenagers. We understand that there is a difference between doing something for the family and doing something with the family.
These are the primary principles we have established as the basis for our approach to Family Ministries:
Relationship with God
Nothing is more important than someone’s relationship with God.
No one has more potential to influence a child’s relationship with God than a parent
No one has more potential to influence the parent than the church
The church’s potential to influence a child dramatically increases when it partners with a parent

Small Small Pond – Early Childhood
The Small Small Pond is our preschool environment for children from birth through Pre-K. Each week, we work to teach every child two things: Love and Trust – that they are loved by their families, their local church, and their God–and they can, therefore, trust their church, their families, and the God who made them. Find out more here.
KidzZone – Elementary
KidzZone is our environment for grades K-6. In KidzZone we want kids to understand that the can Know and Believe Jesus. They can know Jesus through the Bible, through the local church, and through engaging with Him. We also let them know that they can believe Jesus because of his activity in their lives.
