Nathan oversees operations, administration, financial, and vision for BCC. Nathan is passionate about showing the love of Christ to the hurting, to in turn be able to share the love of Christ.(James 1:27; Ephesians 2:10; & Philippians 2). He loves to spend time with his wife Kelly, and 4 children and be outdoors.
Derek leads our volunteers, creative culture, and local and global Outreach. Derek is passionate about connecting people to the local church
Adult Ministries Pastor
Ryan leads the ministry functions of Care Network, Groups, Discipleship/Assimilation, and Counseling/Care Coaching. All things that help move adults into a more dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ. Ryan wants to see those that don’t think they deserve or are worthy of the love, mercy/grace, and ultimately a personal relationship with God
He enjoys cars, 50’s music and style, and action hero, sci-fi, along with funny movies! According to Ryan, the Marvel Universe is the second coolest thing next to God. He enjoys building things with his family, and doing projects – whether it is fixing up a car, home, or backyard – he loves to see things be cared for and invested in so they can be the best they can be.
Family Ministries Pastor
Stewart leads Family Ministries at BCC, birth through 12th Grade. He is passionate about seeing young people make great memories, grow close to each other, move beyond themselves, and encounter God so that they may be activated in God’s incredible movement in the world. Danger, adventure and discovery are Stewart’s idea of a good time. If you can get hurt doing it, he’s definitely interested…but don’t worry, your kids are safe in Family Ministries!
Early Childhood Ministries Director
Dawn leads our Small Small Pond ministry, children ages birth through Pre-K. She is passionate about partnering with parents to lay a foundation for Christ during the early childhood years. Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, cheering for her husband’s basketball team, and all things
Leah leads and facilitates childcare for children birth to 6th grade. Leah is passionate about providing safe, dependable, nurturing, and fun childcare for families at BCC. Leah believes this allows parents to worship freely and creates an environment for families to grow in their relationship with Christ. Leah enjoys going to the movies, a really good burger, and chasing waterfalls with her husband, Sean, and dog, Ellie.
Travis leads the organization and execution of the live production elements and teams at all weekend services and special events. He enjoys cultivating an atmosphere to help people move with Jesus.
A fun fact about Travis is that his favorite subject in college was anything history. If he did not pursue Church ministry he would want to be a history teacher. Travis loves brewing coffee, listening to podcasts, and taking on new challenges.
Children's Ministry & Facilities Director
Glen leads our Facilities and the Children’s Ministry Department which includes our Konnect (K-4) & Loop (5 & 6 Grade) Ministries.
He is passionate about having fun while working to create a safe environment where kids can be transformed and build a more dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ. He wants to partner alongside parents to help launch children into adulthood with
Pastor of Prayer
Nathan leads the Prayer Ministry of BCC throughout the week, including the prayer team and prayer conferences. He is passionate about equipping people to minister to others through prayer, and connecting with God through worship. Nathan is an avid reader of Christian books and church history, and loves to watch sports to cheer on the Atlanta Braves and Carolina Panthers.
Kyle oversees membership, office administration, event coordination, database management, church systems, hospitality, and our Cafe. Kyle is passionate about helping people find a place where they belong and taking Next Moves, and equipping volunteers to serve with confidence. Kyle loves Social Psychology, Leadership, Spreadsheets (HA!), Church/European History, Hiking, specialty coffee, sci-fi, Pop culture references, and puns.
Mary oversees all communication for BCC. She is passionate about creating opportunities for the local church to impact the world, by connecting people in a way that uses their gifts and talents. Mary loves to bake, spend time with family and friends, music and singing, and rooting for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
